As part of the BBC Radio 2 Let’s Move It campaign Elaine met up with fellow BBC Radio 2 presenter Angela Griffin for a game of tennis.
This was to help promote the benefits of fitness and exercise for physical and mental health against the backdrop of a massive summer of sport – including the Olympics and Paralympics, the Men’s Euros, Wimbledon, and much more.
